Whoever you are, our mission is to help you do that which might seem unattainable.
We want you to spend as little time training inside as you need to move through the mountains at your best. Our training focuses on the strength, conditioning, mobility and endurance you need to do well in mountain adventures—not six packs or quick fixes.
Our programs are built to adapt to you—whether it’s your first time in the gym, you’re a weekend warrior, or 73 and still crushing. We’re one of the only gyms where on your left is an Olympian and your right a person just learning to ski.

Take a class
Offering mountain sport-specific classes tailored to the Montana seasons. Including Ski Conditioning, Run and Cycle Conditioning, & Hunt Conditioning. We offer a General Mountain Fitness class year round.

For those new to strength training, working towards a specific goal, or who prefer the one-to-one relationship get individualized & specific training with your coach.
