One-On-One Endurance Coaching:
24-Weeks (four, 6-week training blocks) of individualized, endurance based coaching with Colleen through Training Peaks training app
Weekly coaching check-ins
Full Access to The Mountain Project:
Including a Ski Conditioning Pass for functional strength training (OR) access to TMP Train Anywhere online strength program if not based in Bozeman
Individualized Nutrition Counseling:
Initial 90-minute comprehensive nutrition assessment, one-on-one with Colleen
Monthly (up to 5 total) 45-minute nutrition follow-ups
Monthly Clinics (Zoom or in-person TBD): Each month, we’ll take time to meet to cover a topic related to the female athlete Past meetups have included:
Sports Nutrition 101 for the Female Athlete Clinic
REDs and Bone Stress Injuries
Micronutrients for the Female Athlete
Book Clubs
