Getting Started
While this program is adaptable to the equipment you have on hand, having access to the following equipment will be beneficial:
Dumbbells (DB’s) and/or Kettlebells (KB’s)

Resistance Bands (RB or RB Loop) of all types (RB, RB loop): Resistance band with handles, Pull-up (large loop) resistance band, and resistance band loop.
